A small kitchen of women — sommeliers, growers, cooks, friends — gathered around a single long counter on Roslagsgatan.
Trained in Burgundy, raised between Stockholm and Addis Ababa. Emmy spent six years pouring at the marble counters of Paris before opening Wining Witches as a long letter back to the women who taught her.

A small circle, by design.
The coven stays small because the bar stays small — twenty-two seats, three nights a week. Service is a conversation, not a script.
Everyone who pours has spent time in the cellars we import from. We send them, by train, by bus, with a list of growers and a notebook. They come back with stories and we put those on the back of the menu.
